How do I order transportation or supervision from you?

• Click on the order form link.
• Print the COFS Supervised Family Visit: Approval and Order Form (PDF document).
• Fill out all of the required fields and fax it to the number provided.


How do I pay you for your services?

• Your office will be invoiced at the end of the month.


Do you transport infants?

• Yes. We transport and supervise children of all ages. We provide child seats suitable to any age group.


Are you contracted with MCFD for transportation and supervision?

• Yes. We have contracts with District offices in Surrey, Langley, and Delta, as well as a contract with 'After Hours' in New Westminster, for our Emergency Receiving Home.
